Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.

1–2 years of Sales or Business Development experience, preferably in the packaging industry or B2B environment.

Experience dealing with manufacturing or multinational customers is an added advantage.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Confident in approaching and developing new customers.

Good sales follow-up and customer servicing skills.

Commercially minded, results-oriented, proactive, and independent.

Willing to travel for customer visits.

Must possess own transport.

Identify, approach, and develop new potential B2B customers, particularly multinational manufacturers and industrial companies.

Generate new business opportunities through customer visits, referrals, networking, exhibitions, and direct prospecting.

Understand customers' packaging requirements, pain points, and upcoming projects.

Work closely with R&D, Engineering, Costing, and Operations teams to prepare packaging solutions, samples, quotations, and proposals.

Follow up on RFQs, quotations, samples, testing, and new projects to convert opportunities into sales.

Manage and service existing customers through regular engagement and customer visits.

Grow existing accounts by identifying new projects and cross-selling packaging products and solutions.

Build strong relationships with purchasing, engineering, quality, and operations stakeholders.

Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide updates on opportunities, project status, sales potential, and account development.
