Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in a related field such as Digital Marketing, Business Studies, Marketing, Advertising or equivalent.

• Basic knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools.

• Proficiency in using content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Suite, and other design platforms.

• Creative mindset wit the ability to generate engaging content.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

You’ll be part of the creative engine that shapes how our brand shows up online, from content ideas to execution across platforms. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys storytelling, design, and understanding what makes audiences stop scrolling.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm social media content that resonates with our brand and engages our target customers.

• Research and curate compelling marketing content.

• Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, and others, including text posts, images, graphics, videos, and reels.

• Implement and maintain the content calendar by scheduling posts at optimal times using social media management tools.

• Assist in developing and executing social media strategies that align with REFORM Digital’s branding and marketing objectives. This includes identifying target audiences and contributing ideas to improve reach and engagement.

• Foster engagement within the online community by responding to comments, participating in relevant conversations, and building relationships with followers and influencers.

• Track and analyze social media performance metrics, such as engagement rate, reach, and impressions, and assist in making data-driven recommendations to improve content and strategies.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest features and updates on social media platforms and explore ways to leverage them for the organization’s benefit.

• Participate in other activities aimed at developing your knowledge, confidence, and skills in digital marketing.
