Requirements

• Degree in Accounting/Finance; professional certification (ACCA/CPA/CIMA) is a

plus.

• 4 - 6 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, candidate with audit

exposure has added advantage.

• Strong knowledge of MFRS/IFRS and financial systems.

• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

• Strong Autocount knowledge

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support business performance.

• Ensure compliance with MFRS/IFRS and regulatory requirements, including impairment, goodwill, intangible assets, and audit matters.

• Oversee day-to-day finance operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, reconciliations, cash flow, and liquidity management.

• Prepare financial models, including WACC and DCF analysis, and provide insights for investment evaluation, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making.

• Drive cost control and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial performance.

• Supervise and mentor junior finance staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
