• Handle project costing, quantity take-off and preparation of quotations / BQ.
• Obtain and compare supplier and subcontractor quotations.
• Monitor project costs, budgets and profit margins.
• Prepare and manage Variation Orders (VO).
• Prepare progress claims and assist with payment follow-up.
• Manage procurement and subcontractor costs.
• Conduct site measurement and verify completed works.
• Assist in contract administration and final accounts.
• Maintain proper QS, costing and project commercial records.
• Coordinate with Project Manager, Site Supervisor, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Perform other QS and commercial duties assigned by Management.

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month
