Internship Accounting & Finance

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist with daily accounting and finance operations.
• Support the preparation of invoices, payment vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Assist in recording financial transactions and maintaining accurate accounting records.
• Perform data entry and update financial information in accounting systems or Excel spreadsheets.
• Assist with accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) tasks.
• Help prepare monthly financial reports and management reports.
• Assist with bank reconciliations and verification of financial records.
• Organize, file, and maintain accounting documents for record-keeping and audit purposes.
• Support the finance team with month-end closing activities.
• Perform other accounting and administrative duties as assigned.

Job Requirements :

• Currently pursuing a Diploma in Accounting, Finance.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
• Familiarity with accounting software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Good communication skills and a positive working attitude.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Available to complete the required internship period.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM400.00 - RM500.00 per month
