• Experience in the dental, medical, healthcare, or dental supply industry will be an added advantage.
• Proven experience in business development, marketing strategy, and sales growth.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, digital marketing, and social media platforms.
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Willing to travel for customer visits, business meetings, exhibitions, and industry events.

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing & Business Development Manager to lead our marketing initiatives, drive business growth, and expand our market presence within the dental industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the company's dental products and services.
• Lead marketing campaigns, product launches, exhibitions, seminars, and promotional activities.
• Identify new business opportunities, potential markets, and strategic partnerships within the dental industry.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with dental clinics, dental laboratories, dentists, distributors, and industry partners.
• Drive sales growth, customer acquisition, market expansion, and business development initiatives.
• Oversee digital marketing activities, social media platforms, and promotional content.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Lead, manage, and motivate the marketing and business development team to achieve departmental targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and other departments to achieve company objectives.
• Monitor marketing performance, sales activities, and business development progress.
• Prepare marketing plans, business development reports, and performance updates for management.
• Perform other related duties as assigned by management.
