1. Execute the cleaning and disinfection of work areas, utensils, equipment, table and chairs
2. Detect and ensure disposition of spoiled or unattractive food, defective supplies/equipment and utensils
3. Commits in serving guest as given training
4. Commits in applying and following the sequence of service steps for every guest
5. Preserves a high standard of guests care
6. Follows up service on table and turnover
7. Ensures the appropriate and accuracy in delivered items as per guest’s request
8. Suggest selling and makes sure promotion all menu items
9. In charge of assigned sections/table cleanliness
10. In charge of table set up and makes sure resetting for each table as section assigned
11. Communicates and informs department heads on any guest’s special request, comment or complaint
12. Assists stewards in F.O.H general and deep cleaning
13. Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned by Outlet Manager
