Role Description

The Business Development Intern will support the growth of iSaham by identifying potential clients and partners, assisting with outreach, and contributing to sales pipeline activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include assist coordinating follow-ups, and providing basic customer service support to ensure a positive experience for users. Collaboration with the business, marketing, and product teams will be required to align business development efforts with platform capabilities and market needs. This is an on-site internship role based in Cyberjaya.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret market data and identify business opportunities.
• Effective communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication for internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead generation and market research skills, with an interest in prospecting, competitive analysis, and industry trends.
• Customer service skills, with a focus on responsiveness, professionalism, and problem-solving.
• Interest in stock markets, fintech, and data-driven decision-making; familiarity with basic investment concepts is an advantage.
• Proficiency in productivity tools
• Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree program in any related field.
