Requirement

• Diploma or higher qualification, preferably in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Good knowledge of computer hardware, including PC assembly, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Familiar with common operating systems and software installation, configuration, and upgrades.
• Able to provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic understanding of IT security, antivirus software, firewalls, data protection, and network security.
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to provide effective solutions.
• Willing to learn and stay updated with the latest IT technologies.
• Mandarin-speaking candidates are required for communication purposes.
• Fresh graduates with an IT-related background are encouraged to apply.

Shift working schedule

• Day shift: from 8am-8pm
• Night shift: from 8pm-8am
• 5 working days and 2 days off

• Maintain and troubleshoot company desktop devices, including computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
• Install, configure, and support operating systems such as Windows and macOS, as well as commonly used software.
• Provide daily technical support for employees on hardware, software, network, and other IT-related issues.
• Provide remote or on-site technical support when required.
• Set up and deploy new equipment, including system installation, software configuration, and user account setup.
• Perform regular maintenance and updates to ensure IT equipment is secure and running smoothly.
• Manage and maintain IT asset inventory, including devices and software licenses.
• Monitor security patches and system vulnerabilities and assist in implementing IT security policies.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Provide basic IT training and guidance to employees when needed.
• Coordinate with IT suppliers and vendors for technical issues, equipment repairs, and warranty matters.
