Familiar with website or e-commerce product uploading.

Able to use Canva or basic photo/content editing tools is an advantage.

Good communication and customer service skills.

Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.

Computer literate and comfortable handling online platforms.

Responsible, organised and able to work independently.

Willing to learn about tiles, sanitary ware and home improvement products.

Upload and update products on the company website and online platforms.

Update product photos, descriptions, specifications and pricing.

Manage and maintain online product listings.

Prepare and schedule basic social media posts.

Assist with simple social media content creation.

Reply to online customer enquiries through WhatsApp, social media and other online channels.

Follow up with customers regarding product enquiries.

Direct customer enquiries to the relevant salesperson when necessary.

Assist with online promotions and campaigns.

Ensure product and promotional information online is accurate and up to date.

Perform general administrative duties when required.
