Managing all financial and contractual aspect of construction project from conception to completion.

• Cost Estimation: Preparing initial budget estimates and feasibility studies for construction projects.
• Bill of Quantities (BQ): Measuring and calculating the quantities of materials, labor, and equipment needed to prepare the BQ.
• Tendering & Procurement: Managing the bidding process, evaluating contractor tenders, and preparing contract documents.
• Cost Control: Monitoring ongoing project expenses, managing variations (changes to the original plan), and ensuring the project stays within budget.
• Valuation & Claims: Assessing completed work on-site to certify progress payments for contractors and handling financial claims.
• Final Accounts: Settling the definitive financial statements and closing the accounts once the project is completed.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kajang: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driving Licences (Required)
• Certificate in Fire Safety (Preferred)
• LCCI Level 1 Certificate in Bookkeeping (Preferred)

Location:

• Kajang (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Kajang (43000)
