Roles & Responsibilities :

· Oversee the entire production process, ensuring that production targets are met.

· Ensure production schedules are met, coordinating with planning and other departments to optimize production flow.

· Ensure that all products meet the company's quality standards and specifications.

· Conduct regular inspections and audits of the production process to identify and correct any issues.

· Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to implement corrective actions as needed.

· Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and areas for improvement.

· Monitor and manage inventory levels of raw materials and finished products.

· Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on production efficiency, quality, and safety metrics.

· Promote a culture of safety, ensuring that all safety protocols and regulations are strictly followed.

· Conduct regular safety training and meetings with the team.

· Maintain accurate records of production data, including output, downtime, and material usage.

· Prepare and submit regular reports on production performance to the Management.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
