JOB SUMMARY

The HR Operation Assistant Manager is responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resource functions including admin, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, employee relations, and performance management.

This role oversees the effective use of the InfoTech HRMS system to ensure accurate HR operations, supports compliance with Malaysian labor laws and company policies, and provides HR insights to support management decisions.

The position also plays a key role in improving HR processes, supporting employee engagement, and strengthening a positive workplace culture across all outlets.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• 2–4 years of HR experience (executive or senior executive level)

• Hands-on experience with InfoTech HRMS or similar systems

• Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws, HR documentation, and SOPs

• Able to multitask, solve problems, and lead with initiative

• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage full spectrum of HR: admin, recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, appraisal & exit process

• Operate and optimize our InfoTech HRMS (attendance, e-leave, payroll, claims, appraisals)

• Ensure legal compliance & HR policy enforcement across outlets

• Handle employee documentation, staff issues & disciplinary matters

• Prepare monthly HR reports & support management with HR data insights

• Coordinate employee engagement activities & support staff development
