• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Conduct routine machine inspections to identify potential faults and prevent unexpected breakdowns.
• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and carry out necessary repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Assist in machine installation, equipment setup, testing, and commissioning.
• Monitor machine performance and report recurring technical issues to the Maintenance Engineer or Supervisor.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records, breakdown reports, and preventive maintenance checklists.
• Ensure maintenance tools, equipment, and spare parts are properly maintained and available when required.
• Coordinate with the Production and Engineering teams to ensure machines operate efficiently.
• Follow company SOPs, safety regulations, and 5S practices at all times.
• Participate in equipment improvement activities to enhance machine reliability and operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the superior.

Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
