INTERNSHIP – CUSTOMER SERVICE

Location: Selayang, Selangor
Position: Customer Service Intern
Industry: Advertising & Signboard Manufacturing
Job Type: Internship

Job Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Shopee.
• Assist customers with signboard product information, pricing and promotions.
• Follow up with potential customers and existing orders.
• Assist the Sales Team in preparing quotations and customer records.
• Coordinate with Design, Sales and Production Teams regarding customer requirements.
• Update customer information and maintain daily enquiry records.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Perform other administrative tasks assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or related fields.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English. Mandarin is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Excel, Word and WhatsApp Business).
• Friendly, patient, responsible and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Fresh interns with no working experience are welcome.

Working Hours

Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
