Proven experience developing and managing social media campaigns

Self-driven, disciplined, determined, proactive, and able to work with a sense of urgency

Resourceful, meticulous, structured, and reliable with good multitasking skills

Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Familiar with SEO/AEO and modern AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini

Own transportation is required

Creative, open-minded, adaptable, analytical, and able to solve problems

Develop and execute social media strategies based on marketing goals and brand identity

Create engaging, on-brand content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Shopee

Manage social media posting, live streaming, filming, graphic design, and live interviews

Develop and launch social media campaigns to achieve marketing objectives

Lead TikTok and Shopee live sessions and convert viewers into customers through effective live hosting

Monitor social media channels and engage with followers, messages, and inquiries promptly

Maintain a consistent posting schedule and stay updated on social media trends and competitor activities

Manage social media budgets and analyze campaign performance using industry tools

Track and report on KPIs with insights and recommendations for improvement

Leverage AI platforms to accelerate content creation and social media strategy

Stay updated on new social media tools, trends, and best practices
