Job Title: Graphic Designer, Videographer & Content Creator Intern

Department: Marketing & Creative

Reports To: Creative Lead / Marketing Manager

Location: Headquarters / Hybrid

Job Purpose

The Graphic Design, Videographer & Content Creator Intern will support the marketing team in developing visual and video content across digital platforms. This multi-disciplinary role involves designing promotional materials, shooting and editing short-form video content, and conceptualizing social media campaigns to drive brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities1. Content Creation & Video Production

• Brainstorm, script, and film engaging short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, and Stories).
• Participate in on-location video shoots, managing camera setups, lighting, and audio recording.
• Edit raw video footage into polished visual assets with transitions, color grading, sound design, and motion graphics/captions.

2. Graphic Design & Branding

• Design digital graphics for social media posts, email newsletters, website banners, and digital ads.
• Create print marketing materials as needed (flyers, banners, event collaterals, and branded merchandise).
• Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains consistent typography, imagery, and tone.

3. Strategy & Campaign Support

• Assist in social media content planning, scheduling, and trend research to keep brand output fresh and relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaign ideas, product launches, and brand activations.
• Help archive, organize, and manage digital media assets (photos, project files, and raw footage) in cloud storage.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Mass Communication, Creative Media, or a related field.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and/or After Effects).
• Hands-on experience with mobile video editing apps (CapCut, VN) for quick-turnaround social content.
• Basic knowledge of DSLR/mirrorless camera operation, lighting, and audio setups.
• Portfolio: A portfolio or link to recent work (design assets, social media graphics, and video projects/reels) is required.
• Attributes: Creative mindset, strong eye for detail, proactive attitude, and able to adapt to fast-paced marketing schedules.
