Minimum 3 years of working experience in the security system industry.

Good leadership and team management skills.

Able to supervise technicians and coordinate site activities effectively.

Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Able to work independently and handle site-related issues.

Willing to travel or work at different project sites when required.

Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and installation works.

Lead and manage a team of technicians to ensure work is completed efficiently and safely.

Monitor site progress and ensure all works are carried out according to project requirements and schedules.

Assign tasks and provide guidance to technicians on site.

Conduct site inspections and ensure good quality workmanship.

Coordinate with the Project Manager, contractors, and clients regarding site activities and progress.

Ensure proper usage of tools, equipment, and materials.

Maintain site safety and ensure compliance with safety requirements and regulations.

Report site progress, issues, and delays to Management.

Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues on site.

Perform testing, commissioning, and project handover activities when required.

Perform other duties assigned by Management from time to time.
