We are looking for an experienced Senior Internal Controller to support the implementation, execution, and continuous improvement of the Group Internal Control Framework. This role will work closely with Finance, Operations, IT, HR, GBS and management teams to strengthen governance, risk management and internal controls.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement and maintain effective internal control frameworks across business entities and processes.
• Conduct internal control reviews and process walkthroughs covering RTR, PTP, OTC, Master Data, HR and Supply Chain.
• Monitor compliance with company policies, approval workflows and Delegation of Authority (DoA).
• Review user access and role assignments for Segregation of Duties (SoD) conflicts and coordinate remediation.
• Lead and coordinate the Internal Control Self-Assessment (ICSA) process, identify control gaps and track remediation actions.
• Partner with management on internal control, governance and risk management matters.
• Participate in audit activities, risk assessments and process audits, including risk-based assessments of key suppliers/logistics providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree / MBA in Finance & Accounting
• Minimum 6 years of experience in internal control, risk or related fields
• Strong understanding of internal control frameworks, financial processes, risk management and compliance
• Advanced knowledge of ERP systems, data analytics and Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent command of English
• Comfortable working independently across multiple stakeholders and countries

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM14,000.00 per month
