• Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering or related field.

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in electronics repair, maintenance, R&D, manufacturing, servicing or related technical environment.

• Strong hands-on knowledge of electronic components, PCB circuits and electronic troubleshooting.

• Must be comfortable working with both older/legacy electronic components and newer electronic technologies.

• Able to diagnose electronic faults systematically down to component level.

• Able to read schematic diagrams and electronic component datasheets.

• Experience in soldering and reworking SMD and through-hole components.

• Familiar with electronic measuring and test equipment.

• Good analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

• Able to work independently and perform technical investigations with limited documentation.

• Willing to learn unfamiliar or specialised electronic systems.

• Good technical documentation and reporting skills.

• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive projects.

MRO Technical Expertise.

1. Inspection & Fault Diagnosis - Inspect incoming equipment, reproduce symptoms safely, review history/manuals/drawings and perform evidence-based fault isolation and root-cause analysis.

2. PCB & Electronic Repair - Troubleshoot and repair PCB assemblies, power supplies, control boards, interface boards, communication modules, sensors and component-level faults using authorised methods.

3. Power, Control & Signal Systems - Diagnose voltage rails, current draw, grounding, EMI, signal integrity, relay/MOSFET/BJT drivers, protection circuits and analogue/digital interfaces.

4. Robotics & Mechatronics - Inspect and repair robotic platforms, motors, actuators, encoders, drives, servos, mechanical-electrical interfaces and associated control systems.

5. PLC, HMI & Industrial Automation - Perform approved diagnosis, configuration, I/O checking, backup, restoration and testing for PLC, HMI, VSD/servo and industrial-control systems.

6. Embedded Systems & Firmware - Carry out approved configuration, firmware loading, communications testing and embedded-controller troubleshooting without unauthorised copying or modification.

7. Mechanical & Electromechanical Work - Perform careful dismantling, alignment, fitting, fastening, cable routing, enclosure work and reassembly connected with the repair scope.

8. Testing, QA, FAT & SAT - Plan and perform controlled power-up, functional testing, burn-in, endurance testing, final inspection, FAT/SAT and customer demonstration.

9. BOM, Purchasing & Cost Control - Prepare accurate BOM/spare-part specifications, support quotations and supplier comparison, monitor lead time and protect job margin.

10. Technical Documentation - Prepare inspection, diagnosis, repair, test, photograph, serial-number, spare-part, completion, warranty records and repair and maintenance reports.

11. Field, Client & Outstation Support - Attend approved site/outstation assignments, follow customer safety/security rules, communicate professionally and protect Company reputation.

12. Warranty & Continuous Improvement - Support 6-, 12- or 24-month warranty responsibilities, rectify legitimate issues, complete handover and record lessons learned and preventive action.
