Proficient in computer applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCount

Basic knowledge of accounts/bookkeeping and numerical skills is an advantage

Strong administrative, coordination & organizational skills

Able to multitask and work under pressure

Good communication skills and teamwork skills

Flexible and willing to work overtime when required

Manage daily office administration and project coordination

Prepare & monitor Delivery Orders (DO) and Letters of Order (LO)

Coordinate with suppliers, camps, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

Handle procurement tasks including sourcing, quotations, and supplier coordination

Assist in tender preparation and submission of documents across multiple platforms

Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and project records

Process claims, invoices, and assist in payment tracking

Prepare reports and support project monitoring

Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Willing to travel as needed.
