Title: Sales Manager - Preferably Mandarin Speakers

Salary: RM7,000 - RM10,000

Responsibilities

- Lead, coach and develop the Sales team.

- Drive sales targets, pipelines and conversion rates.

- Conduct weekly sales reviews and monitor team performance.

- Manage key client relationships and support major sales pitches.

- Improve sales structure, team productivity and leadership development.

- Focus on commercial leadership rather than daily event installation or dismantling supervision.

Requirements

- Proven experience in sales management and team leadership.

- Strong track record in achieving sales targets.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and client management skills.
