Role Description The Human Resources Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bandar Baru Bangi. This role oversees the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will develop and implement HR policies, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and support workforce planning and organizational development. The role involves advising leaders on HR matters, managing HR documentation and systems, coordinating training and development programs, and fostering a positive, inclusive workplace culture aligned with Salam Alliance’s values.
Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in core HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
• Strong skills in HR policy development, compliance with employment laws, and handling HR documentation and processes.
• Ability to design and support training, talent development, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Proficiency in HR information systems, basic data analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, conflict-resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field; relevant HR certifications are an advantage.
• Prior HR management experience in healthcare or service-oriented organizations is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Bandar Baru Bangi and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
