2. 2 years and above marketing, community management, business development or the wellness/fitness industry

3. Proficient with Canva and basic photo/video editing

1. Grow our community

• Identify and develop partnerships with corporate organisations, wellness brands and residential communities

• Plan and execute workshops, events and community activations

• Follow up on leads and convert interest into memberships and packages
  

2. Build and tell our story

• Manage the studio's social media presence

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns and promotions that reflect our brand voice

• Coordinate content shoots with instructors and clients and audience engagement. Manage client communications across WhatsApp and social channels
  

3. Lead the day-to-day operations

• Be the main point of accountability for keeping operations smooth

• Coordinate instructor schedules and act as the key liaison between instructors, clients, and management

• Monitor studio performance and flag opportunities or issues proactively to the founders
