Monitor, maintain and provide ongoing support for computing devices, peripheral devices, networking equipment, and software applications to ensure efficient operations. 

Explore and leverage automation tools such as Power Automate and Power Apps to streamline and optimize daily operations. (Development, Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance) 

Provide IT-related administrative support including maintenance contract renewal, user accounts, procure IT-related hardware/software and services and licensing management. 

Maintain and update IT inventory records.
