• Identify and generate new leads through online and offline marketing channels
• Promote personal loan products to potential customers
• Follow up with leads and convert prospects into successful loan applications
• Develop and maintain good relationships with customers
• Achieve monthly sales and loan disbursement targets
• Conduct market research to identify new sales opportunities

Job Requirement

• SPM leavers & fresh graduates with strong sales potential
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales orientation with the ability to meet targets
• Experience in digital marketing and social media platforms is an advantage
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Mandarin is an added advantage
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and relevant digital marketing tools

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
