Task & Responsibilities

A. Service Sale

• Site visit and Meeting
• Pipeline Leads Generation (Porfolio Management/ELOS, ect)
• Quotation & Pricing Strategy
• PO, PR Booking
• Secured, Backlog, Forelog forecast Accuracy
• Contract Booking Follow Up
• Contract & Service Repair Purchase Requisition Follow Up
• Customer Creation, Credit Creation Submission
• Sales Effectiveness

B. Service Operation

• Site visit and Meeting
• Work Scheduling
• License & Work Permit Related
• Commons Parts Availability
• Parts Request
• Change Order *Rework, Service Warranty, CN
• Service Report Verification
• Reporting to Customer
• Invoicing Request and Submission
• AR Collection
• Customer Satisfaction & Service Quality
• Productivity (Utilisation, absorption, Time Sheet Efficiency)
• Execution-Revenue Forecast, Backlog & Balance Man Hour
• Travel Request

Qualifications & Experience

• Degree in engineering or equivalent; additional certification or training in HVAC systems is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills in HVAC testing, adjusting, and balancing.
• Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
• Possess an own car
• Travelling is needed from State to State within Malaysia.

Working State : Klang Valley, Penang, Perak, Melaka, Johor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
