Required Skills & Qualifications

The Quality Assurance (QA) Intern will assist the QA team in testing software applications, identifying bugs, and ensuring the overall quality of digital products. This role provides hands-on experience in manual and automated testing, bug tracking, and working within Agile development teams. The intern will gain valuable knowledge in software testing methodologies and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in writing and executing test cases for web and mobile applications.

• Perform manual testing to identify and report software bugs.

• Document test results and communicate issues clearly to developers.

• Work with QA engineers to understand automation testing tools and processes.

• Learn and use bug-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Bugzilla) to report defects.

• Conduct basic API testing using tools like Postman.

• Collaborate with development teams to understand software requirements and expected behavior

• Help in preparing test documentation, reports, and test plans

• Participate in Agile/Scrum meetings and contribute to daily stand-ups.
