• Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering or a related field.

• Preferrable 1-2 years of experience in related field.

• Strong hands-on experience with business applications and IT systems.

• Good understanding of programming, scripting, databases and system troubleshooting.

• Experience with POS, e-commerce, ERP/accounting or business management systems is highly advantageous.

• Familiarity with Power BI, AutoCount, Lark and other cloud-based applications will be an added advantage.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Able to communicate effectively and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.

• Hands-on, proactive and solution-oriented — someone who does not simply escalate problems but actively works towards resolving them.

• Able to work in a fast-paced operational environment and manage multiple priorities.

1.⁠ ⁠Systems & Application Monitoring

• Monitor and coordinate day-to-day activities across our key business systems and applications.

• Liaise with internal teams, vendors and external stakeholders to ensure smooth system operations.

• Manage and provide support for platforms including: Zeoniq, Lark, E-commerce platforms, AutoCount, Power BI and CodeMax (currently used temporarily; transitioning to Cloudberry)

• Monitor system issues, follow up on resolutions and ensure timely escalation where required.

2.⁠ ⁠POS, Menu & Pricing Support

• Provide daily operational support for menu, product and pricing updates.

• Ensure accurate and timely updates across POS systems and delivery marketplaces.

• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to maintain consistency of menu and pricing information across all platforms.

• Troubleshoot discrepancies and system-related issues affecting operations.

3.⁠ ⁠IT Support

• Provide daily first-level support for IT-related enquiries and operational issues.

• Troubleshoot hardware, software, application and system issues.

• Assist users with system access, configuration and general IT-related matters.

• Coordinate with external IT vendors/service providers when required.

4.⁠ ⁠Programming & Systems Improvement

• Utilise programming and technical skills to troubleshoot, automate and improve existing processes.

• Identify opportunities to streamline repetitive tasks and improve operational efficiency.

• Support data integration, reporting and system enhancement initiatives.
