Job Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers in the showroom, understand their needs and recommend suitable furniture.
• Introduce and explain product features, designs, materials and pricing to customers.
• Handle customer enquiries, quotations, follow-ups and sales orders.
• Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide excellent after-sales service.
• Keep the showroom clean, organised and presentable.
• Assist with product display, stock checking and showroom arrangements when required.
• Follow up with potential customers through WhatsApp, phone calls and other communication channels.
• Work closely with the sales and operations team to ensure smooth order fulfilment.
• Perform other sales-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Experience in furniture, retail or sales is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Friendly, confident and comfortable approaching customers.
• Sales-driven, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to communicate in English, Bahasa Malaysia and/or Mandarin.
• Basic computer and WhatsApp skills.
• Willing to work 6 days a week, including weekends/public holidays when required.
• Able to work at Bukit Angkat, Kajang.
