Job Summary:

To assist the Store Supervisor in managing daily supermarket operations, supervising store staff, monitoring inventory and stock levels, and ensuring efficient store operations while maintaining excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing daily store operations and ensuring smooth workflow.
• Supervise and guide store staff to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.
• Monitor stock levels, stock replenishment, and product availability.
• Assist with receiving goods, checking deliveries, and verifying stock quantities.
• Ensure proper product arrangement, pricing, and shelf displays.
• Monitor product expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation.
• Handle customer enquiries, complaints, and service-related issues.
• Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and compliance with safety standards.
• Assist in monitoring sales performance and preparing daily operational reports.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Supervisor or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in Retail Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Preferably 3-4 years of experience in supermarket, grocery, or retail operations.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Previous experience in staff supervision is an advantage.
• Good communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be willing to work at Southville, Dengkil.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,300.00 per month
