About the Position

We are looking for an energetic, resourceful and results-oriented International Education & Student Recruitment Executive to coordinate our overseas education promotion and international student recruitment activities.

The successful candidate will be involved in promoting Malaysian universities and educational institutions internationally, developing relationships with overseas education agents and partners, recruiting international students, and coordinating their applications and placement with participating institutions in Malaysia.

Key Responsibilities
1. International Student Recruitment

• Promote Malaysian universities, colleges and educational programmes to prospective international students.
• Respond to enquiries from prospective students, parents and overseas education agents.
• Counsel prospective students on suitable universities, programmes and study options.

2. Overseas Education Promotion

• Coordinate international education promotional activities in selected overseas markets.
• Assist in organising and participating in international education fairs, roadshows, school visits, webinars and student recruitment events.

3. Overseas Education Agents & Partners

• Identify and recruit suitable overseas education agents and student recruitment partners.
• Establish and maintain good working relationships with overseas agents, schools, colleges and other education partners.

4. University & Institutional Coordination

• Liaise with participating Malaysian universities and colleges regarding programmes, fees, entry requirements, scholarships and student applications.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, International Business, Communications or a related field.

Position: International Education & Student Recruitment Executive

Interested candidates are invited to submit their CV together with their expected salary and availability to commence work.

• Preferably 1–3 years' experience in education, student recruitment, admissions, education consultancy, marketing or business development.
• Experience in international student recruitment or working with universities/education agents would be a strong advantage.
• Fresh graduates with strong communication, marketing and organisational skills may also be considered.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Additional languages would be an advantage.
• Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with international students, parents, university representatives and overseas business partners.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and social media platforms.
• Familiarity with CRM/database management would be an advantage.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple student applications simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
• Sales-oriented and comfortable working towards recruitment targets.

Willing to travel locally and overseas for education fairs, recruitment missions and promotional activities when required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
