Our subsidiary division is currently looking for additional key strategic individuals to join our reputable team to secure more ID prestige projects in the pipeline for lists of commercial and retail sectors such as shopping malls, high end residents and corporate offices, government offices and many more exciting projects. As this is the critical position in the organisations, selected candidate will be groomed to be part of Senior Management Roles in coming years and will be highly remunerated with bonuses and many more fringe benefits.

Reporting:-
The QS Manager reports to the Managing Director and responsible for the followings:-

Job Summary:-

• To lead and supervise the contract team for daily contractual matters.
• To advice and recommends to the Management on the pricing strategies on tender, project control implementation and cost down on quotation.
• In charge for the contractual performance of all projects.
• Plan forward strategies and lead contract team on contractual negotiations.
• Oversee and ensure all projects are delivered in accordance with the contractual obligations.
• Provide accurate advice on costing and financial budgeting for the projects.
• Promote new construction processes for improvements from time to time.
• Maintain positive relations within client and consultant for smooth approves and implementation of project cost.

Requirements:-

• Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveyor.
• 3-5 years in Construction Industry ( Preferably as Main Contractors for ID)
• Meticulous & attentive to details.
• Based at Kuchai Lama, Selangor
• Can start immediately.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
