Role Summary Support the HR team in data analysis, reporting, workforce insights, and process improvement initiatives. This role is ideal for students pursuing Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related fields who are interested in applying analytical skills within Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in HR data collection, cleansing, and validation.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports.
• Analyze workforce metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, and training data.
• Support talent management, recruitment, and employee engagement projects through data-driven insights.
• Perform ad hoc analysis and present findings to HR stakeholders.
• Automate manual HR reporting processes where possible.
• Collaborate with HR teams to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Data Science, Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, is an advantage.
• Ability to translate data into meaningful insights.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Interest in HR, talent management, and workforce analytics.
• Must be able to speaks Mandarin.

Pay: From RM1,000.00 per month
