• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related discipline

• Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing coordination or administration (fresh graduates with strong internship exposure are encouraged to apply)

• Familiarity with operational processes (quotations, POs, invoices, budget tracking)

• Experience in retail, vendor coordination, or campaign rollout is an added advantage

• Strong organisational, coordination, and multitasking abilities

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Willing to travel and support retail activations when required

Marketing Operations & Collateral Management

• Coordinate end-to-end management of marketing collaterals (POSM), including sourcing, production, and distribution

• Manage vendor quotations, purchase orders, and invoice processing in accordance with company procedures

• Monitor inventory usage and prepare periodic tracking reports

Retail Visual Merchandising & Rollout Execution

• Oversee coordination of in-store visuals, posters, and digital assets across outlets

• Liaise with internal teams and external vendors to ensure alignment with campaign timelines

• Coordinate installation schedules and ensure quality and consistency across all retail touchpoints

Campaign & Event Support

• Support execution of integrated marketing campaigns and retail activations

• Assist in event planning, on-ground coordination, and post-campaign reporting

Regulatory Compliance & Licensing

• Manage applications for promotional permits and sales licenses

• Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure timely approvals

• Ensure full compliance across all outlets for marketing activities

Budget & Administrative Support

• Assist in tracking departmental expenses and maintaining budget records

• Prepare reports and provide administrative support to the marketing team

Customer Communication

• Support management of customer inquiries across digital platforms (social media, email, messaging channels)

• Ensure timely, professional responses aligned with brand standards

• Assist in executing customer outreach initiatives (e.g., WhatsApp/SMS campaigns)
