Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:

• Retail Management

• Business Administration

• Supply Chain Management

• Marketing

• Fashion/Textile

• Or any related discipline.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in merchandising, retail, buying, or inventory planning will have an added advantage.

Good analytical and numerical skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.

Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management skills.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities.

Monitor daily sales performance and prepare sales and inventory reports.

Assist in stock planning, replenishment, and inventory management across retail outlets.

Monitor product movement and identify best-selling and slow-moving items.

Support the execution of product launches, promotions, and seasonal campaigns.

Coordinate with stores to ensure visual merchandising standards are consistently maintained.

Prepare reports and analyse product and category performance to support merchandising decisions.

Assist in forecasting product demand and maintaining healthy inventory levels.

Coordinate with suppliers, warehouse, marketing, and retail operations to ensure smooth product availability.

Assist in product sample management, photoshoots, promotional materials, and store merchandising activities.

Perform invoice verification, data entry, and other merchandising administrative tasks.

Contribute ideas to improve product assortment, sales performance, and operational efficiency.
