• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication or a related field.

• Passionate about digital marketing and branding.

• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

• Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Threads.

• Basic knowledge of Meta Business Suite, Canva, CapCut or Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage.

• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.

• Positive attitude, proactive and willing to learn.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop social media strategies to grow the company's brand.

• Plan monthly content calendars and marketing campaigns.

• Research market trends, competitors and customer insights.

• Generate creative campaign ideas to increase engagement.

• Execute organic marketing strategies to grow brand awareness.

• Analyze marketing performance and work closely with the Digital Marketer to maximize campaign effectiveness and increase sales.

• Identify target audiences and content opportunities.

• Collaborate with the Marketing, Sales and Design teams.

• Develop creative copywriting and campaign messaging.

• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends.

• Support branding, product launches and promotional activities.

• Perform other marketing-related duties assigned by the company.

BONUS POINT

• Experience in social media strategy or brand management.

• Experience planning and executing marketing campaigns.

• Knowledge of Meta Ads or TikTok Ads.

• Basic knowledge of SEO or Google Analytics.

• Portfolio or case studies of past marketing campaigns is an advantage.
