Minimum 1–2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the property or real estate industry.

Good understanding of the property market and current market trends.

Proficient in Mandarin to communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.

Familiar with digital marketing, social media advertising, and marketing campaign planning.

Knowledge of AI tools and their application in marketing will be an added advantage.

Experience in organising campaigns, roadshows, events, or property-related promotional activities is preferred.

Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, roadshows, and events.

Prepare marketing proposals, campaign plans, and promotional materials.

Create and manage advertisements across digital and social media platforms.

Manage the company’s social media accounts, including content planning, posting, and engagement.

Conduct live-streaming sessions to promote property projects, campaigns, and company activities.

Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements to increase reach, engagement, and leads.
