Possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Quantity Survery

At least 2-3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Strong knowledge and understanding.

Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

Able to work independently and diligently.

Working time : 5 days/week.

Responsible for all QS operation (take off quantity, BQ prepartion, sourcing for quotation and  analyze, compare and eveluate material cost)

Responsible for purchasing function, including sourcing, selection, and negotiation with suppliers and subcontractor.

Prepare monthly site valuation report and work progress report.

Coordinate with contractor and site personnel.

Preapre the sub-contractor's monthly claims for manager approval.

Evaluate and prepare the project progress claim.
