A 20-year psychological consultation and therapeutic service provider is expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join our caring team.

Essential Job Functions

• Administer behavioural interventions for children with special needs.

• Collect data and record anecdotal notes on children's progress. Maintain and organize program notebooks and implement program modifications where required.

• Conduct drills, review data with supervisors, and report any concerns.

• Assist instructional personnel and parents with behaviour management strategies for children.

• Assist instructional personnel in developing learning materials and reinforcement strategies according to each child's individual needs.

• Monitor children's cases, therapy room activities, and/or take-home activities.

• Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive and privileged information.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Education, Early Childhood Education, or Special Needs Education.

• Diploma holders in a related field must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant hands-on experience.

Experience Required

• Prior work experience with children with special needs is an added advantage.

• Under expert supervision, you will conduct drills, implement program modifications, and collaborate with parents and instructional personnel to develop reinforcement strategies and manage behavioral needs. 

• Your role includes monitoring cases and therapy environments while upholding strict confidentiality of sensitive information and performing related duties to ensure high-quality clinical service delivery and the developmental growth of every child.
