Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers and organisations.

Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Sales, marketing, telemarketing, customer engagement, or corporate outreach experience is an advantage.

Proven ability to work towards sales targets and key performance indicators.

Target-driven, self-motivated, and results-oriented.

Able to work effectively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.

Comfortable communicating with corporate clients, schools, organisations, and members of the public.

Conduct outbound calls to corporate companies, schools, organisations, and other targeted prospects to promote fire safety awareness programmes.

Communicate the importance of safety awareness and the benefits of educational talks conducted by certified Trainers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.

Schedule and coordinate appointments for Trainers to conduct safety awareness talks.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of awareness programmes and outdoor awareness campaigns.

Achieve assigned targets for outreach, appointments, and programme participation.

Gather feedback from clients and the public to improve marketing strategies and programme effectiveness.

Support other marketing communication and awareness activities when required.
