At least a diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.

Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role, with a minimum of 2 years in the construction industry.

Professional certifications such as Certified Construction Manager (CCM) Previous experience working on commercial, residential, and industrial construction projects.

In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical documents.

Preferably have experience in earthworks and infrastructure works.

Positive attitude, passionate about collaborative teamwork, excels at interpersonal skills.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Good problem-solving skills, able to navigate unexpected situations or conditions.

Know basic computer (MS Word, Excel, Email)

Oversee all aspects of the construction project from planning to completion.

Coordinate and manage on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and material procurement.

Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.

Monitor progress and quality of work, making adjustments as necessary to meet project timelines and standards.

Conduct site inspections to identify potential issues and ensure adherence to specifications and building codes.

Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Manage project budget and expenses, including tracking costs, approving expenditures, and minimizing waste.

Resolve any conflicts or disputes that may arise during the construction process.

Keep accurate records of project activities, including daily reports, progress photos, and change orders.

Ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained and maintained throughout the project.
