Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the F&B industry.

• Good leadership and communication skills.

• Responsible, proactive, and a strong team player.

• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in managing daily restaurant operations.

• Ensure smooth operations in compliance with company SOPs.

• Supervise staff performance, attendance, and discipline.

• Support staff training and development.

• Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.

• Assist in inventory management and cost control.

• Handle customer concerns professionally.
