Experience in sales, business development, or customer service is an added advantage.

Results-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.

Possess a valid Class D driving licence and own transportation.

Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on customers' needs.

Passionate about sales, technology, and providing excellent customer service.

Promote and recommend smart home system packages and solutions to prospective clients.

Identify new business opportunities and develop potential customer relationships.

Conduct product presentations and consultations to understand customers' needs.

Negotiate professionally and close sales to achieve monthly targets.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service.

Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and provide after-sales support when required.

Keep up to date with product knowledge and industry trends.
