Education:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Sciences, Biomedical, or a related field.

Experience:

• 1–3 years of proven sales experience (experience in medical consumables, pharmaceuticals, or healthcare sales).

Skills:

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability to build rapport with medical professionals and procurement teams.

• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient.

Other Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license and willing to travel within the assigned territory.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• Identify, target, promote and sell medical devices and supplies to hospitals, clinics, surgical centers, and healthcare institutions.

• Proactively engage new and existing customers through client meetings, and sales initiatives.

• Provide excellent post-sales support.

• Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure recurring sales and high customer satisfaction.
