Minimum SPM qualification.

At least 2–3 years of experience in mortgage sales or mortgage-related products within a bank or financial institution.

Strong customer relationship management and networking skills.

Ability to assess customers' financial needs and recommend suitable mortgage solutions.

Good understanding of financial planning concepts and customer needs analysis.

Knowledge of the mass affluent customer segment and their banking requirements.

Familiarity with referral processes and cross-selling opportunities.

Understanding of mortgage financing products and related banking propositions.

Strong sales, negotiation, and customer service skills.

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Drive mortgage sales growth by acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships.

Promote and cross-sell retail banking products and services to meet customers' financial needs.

Identify and refer potential Premier Banking and Wealth Management customers to the relevant relationship bankers.

Achieve individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) consistently.

Build and maintain a strong customer portfolio through effective business development and relationship management.

Collaborate closely with branch bankers and relationship managers to generate and receive mortgage referrals.

Deliver excellent customer service and provide a seamless customer experience throughout the financing journey.

Ensure customer information is accurately collected, updated, and maintained in accordance with bank policies.

Adhere to sales quality standards, operational procedures, regulatory requirements, and compliance guidelines.

Minimize operational errors and ensure all activities are conducted in accordance with audit and risk management requirements.
