What You'll Do

• Formulate and develop new cosmetic and biotech-based products from concept to production-ready stage

• Conduct laboratory experiments, stability testing, and efficacy evaluations

• Prepare and maintain accurate lab records, reports, and documentation

• Work closely with the production and quality control teams to ensure formulas meet standards

• Research new raw materials, active ingredients, and emerging trends in cosmetic and biotech science

• Support regulatory documentation (e.g., NPRA, safety assessments) as needed
