Malaysian citizens aged• Candidate must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience or knowledge in Quantity Surveying, construction costing, tendering, claims, and contract administration.

• Able to read and analyse drawings, specifications, and project requirements.

• Good communication, coordination, documentation, and reporting skills.

• Responsible, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work with project deadlines.

• Experience in construction, renovation, design & build, or M&E projects will be an added advantage.

* Responsible for quotation, cost control, and profit management

* Supplier development, price comparison, and negotiation

* Optimizing procurement processes and project cost structures* Prepare cost estimates, tender documents, and assist in tender submission, resubmission, online submission, and e-bidding.

* Review contracts, project requirements, specifications, and ensure all contractual obligations and approvals are properly followed.

* Prepare progress claims, valuations, variation order quotations, final claims, and assist in final account closing.

* Evaluate subcontractors’ quotations, claims, invoices, and work progress, while coordinating with suppliers and subcontractors.

* Work closely with project managers, site teams, consultants, clients, and internal departments to monitor project progress, cost matters, submissions, approvals, and payment follow-ups.
