•  Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Design or related fields is an advantage.

• Experience in social media management or content creation is preferred.
•  Familiar with Canva, XiaoHongShu, CapCut, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Creative with a good eye for design, aesthetics and visual presentation.
•  Willing to occasionally travel to showroom/project sites for content creation. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia.

1. Social Media & Content Creation (Primary)

·       Manage social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Xiaohongshu and other relevant platforms.

·       Plan and maintain a regular social media content calendar.

·       Create engaging content related to:

o    Interior design

o    Custom cabinets

o    Home renovation

o    Before & after projects

o    Project showcases

o    Materials and products

o    Customer testimonials

o    Promotions and campaigns

o    Take photos and videos at the showroom, project sites and company activities.

·       Create and edit Reels / TikTok / short-form videos.

·       Write engaging captions and develop new content ideas.

·       Follow current social media trends and identify opportunities to increase reach and engagement.

·       Monitor social media performance and provide basic reports.

 2. Administrative & Personal Assistant Support 

•        Assist management with day-to-day administrative tasks.
•     Manage documents, records, quotations and other company information.
•        Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings.
•        Maintain spreadsheets and basic reports.
•        Assist in preparing presentations, marketing materials and documents.
•        Conduct online research and gather information when required.
•        Handle other ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
  
  

3. Sales / Telemarketing (Optional Bonus Opportunity)

• Candidates who are interested in earning additional income through sales will have the opportunity to:
• Follow up with potential renovation leads.
• Conduct basic telemarketing and WhatsApp follow-ups.
• Introduce interior design renovation and custom cabinetry services.
• Arrange appointments for the sales/design team.
• Earn additional incentives / commissions based on sales performance.
• Sales experience is not compulsory. Training and guidance will be provided
