Company Background

We are currently representing our client, a global provider of supply chain and logistics solutions. The company focuses on warehouse operations, distribution, and advanced supply chain services to enhance business efficiency and overall performance.

Job Responsibilities:

• Quality Governance & CAPA: Lead root cause analysis (RCA) and CAPA activities; develop, audit, and maintain operational SOPs to ensure zero-defect quality and safety compliance.
• Warehouse-to-Data Center Operations: Oversee quality standards across complex supply chain cycles, including inbound/outbound, kitting, system builds, reverse logistics, and hardware decommissioning.
• KPI & SLA Monitoring: Track key performance indicators such as inventory accuracy, receiving/picking precision, and strict client SLA adherence across all active sites.
• Data Analytics & Dashboards: Extract and interpret operational data using statistical methods; build dashboards and reports to identify trends, mitigate risks, and optimize processes.
• Client & Escalation Management: Act as the primary quality interface for client communications, addressing inquiries, reviewing service documentation, and resolving operational escalations promptly.
• Continuous Improvement: Spearhead cross-functional CI initiatives and collaborate with internal teams, transporters, and vendors to streamline operational workflows.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in quality assurance, operations excellence, or continuous improvement within logistics, warehousing, or data center environments.
• Domain Knowledge: Proven understanding of domestic distribution, reverse logistics, data center value-added services, and operational engineering.
• Systems & Tools: Proficient in SAP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) interfaces, and advanced MS Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with warehouse machinery, operational equipment, and preventive maintenance/repair methods is an advantage.
• Mobility: Must possess own transport and be willing to travel to designated operational sites across the region.

Extra Information:

• Working hours: Mon - Fri
• Location: Sungai Buloh, Selangor (and required to travel to other places)
